Bed Frames, TV Beds, Headboards, and Premium Mattresses: 2-Year Warranty

Other New Products: 1-Year Guarantee (refer to product description)

Please note, neither the 5-Year Guarantee nor the 1-Year Guarantee applies to products sold as ‘Clearance’ or ‘Ex-display.’

What is Covered:

Our Guarantee assures you that we will repair or replace any part of a defective qualifying product, caused by faulty materials, free of charge within the relevant guarantee period.

Additional Conditions and Exclusions:

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any issues to our customer services team at 01924 672133 promptly.

The Guarantees apply to residents in England, Scotland, and Wales, and the product(s) must be delivered to an address within these regions. Not applicable outside of England, Scotland, and Wales.

Guarantees are non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

Exclusions from the Guarantee

Our Guarantees do not cover issues related to:

Damage through misuse, abuse, or deliberate damage.
Accidental damage or damage due to negligence.
Incorrect assembly or storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or direct heat sources.
Normal wear and tear, including staining, excessive soiling, and interior settlement.
Dye transfer, damage through contact with cosmetic applications, or failure to follow care instructions.

How to Make a Claim:

Contact our customer service team at 01924 672133 or plush@plushfurniture.co.uk, quoting your order/reference number.
Attach photographs of the issue for assessment.

We may send an independent inspector to assess the product, and we’ll abide by their decision.

Inspection costs within the first six months are borne by us; afterward, you may arrange your own inspection or use our recommended companies for a fee.

If the claim is valid, inspection fees (if paid) will be refunded.

We’ll repair or replace at our discretion, matching fabrics as closely as possible.

If repair or replacement isn’t feasible, you may choose an equivalent product (cost differences apply).

If economically unviable to repair or replace, reimbursement is offered up to the purchase price, adjusted for product use.
Repaired or replaced products inherit the remaining term of the original guarantee.

PlushFurniture.co.uk products are intended for domestic use; guarantees exclude commercial or business purposes.

I'm really impressed with the build quality, good sturdy bed with solid frame and beautiful thick fabric. Already had a mattress and this fits snugly in frame. We get all your fabrics and materials needed to start building your bed and then start to handcraft your perfect bed.

Delivery and assembly

Once your bed is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery and assemble your bed if you have selected this option.
