Delivery Areas:

Free delivery applies to most areas in mainland UK.
Customers from the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and specific postcodes (KW, IV, AB, DD, EX, PH, PA, FK, KY, TR, TQ, PL, PO, BA, EX, BH, TA, DT, SO, SA, LD & LL) will incur a surcharge. This surcharge is related to courier fuel costs and is necessary for us to pass on to our valued customers.

Surcharge Details:

The surcharge amount varies for each product. We recommend reaching out to us at the time of placing your order to receive accurate pricing details. Our goal is to provide you with the best price possible.

Delivery Timeframe:

We aim to deliver all items within 7 to 21 days. Please note that for Bespoke Made To Order items, the lead time will be 15-21 working days unless otherwise stated.

International Deliveries (Ireland):

Deliveries to Ireland may take an additional 22 working days in addition to our normal delivery times.

Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Sunday (public holidays not included).

Delivery Information

Delivery Confirmation:

A dedicated member of our delivery team will reach out to you directly (via phone call, email, or text message) to coordinate the delivery. You will be provided with a convenient 4-hour time slot for the delivery. Whenever possible, we strive to offer a minimum of 1-2 days’ notice before the scheduled delivery.

Work Commitments:

Please refrain from taking time off work until you’ve received direct contact from our delivery team. Typically, communication is made via phone call. We kindly request not to email us until 7-14 working days have elapsed from your order date.

Delivery Day Communication:

On the day of delivery, our efficient delivery team will contact you one hour in advance to confirm a more precise time slot.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In extremely rare instances, deliveries may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as unexpected delays or adverse weather conditions. Regrettably, we are unable to compensate customers for canceled appointments arising from such situations.

Delivery at Your Home:

For customers who have opted for installation, our professional two-man delivery team will transport your furniture to your designated room. They will handle the unpacking, installation, and removal of unwanted packaging.

For deliveries without installation, items are delivered to the communal door of your property. Couriers are not authorized to transport items further. Any exceptional delivery beyond the communal door is at the buyer’s discretion and should be noted as a gesture of goodwill. Please be aware that the company is not held liable for any associated risks beyond the communal door.

Ensure an up-to-date contact number is provided during the ordering process. This facilitates efficient communication for arranging delivery.

Accuracy of Delivery Address:

Please verify the accuracy of the delivery address before placing an order. PlushFurniture.co.uk will not be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.

Currently, we do not provide shipping outside the UK.

I'm really impressed with the build quality, good sturdy bed with solid frame and beautiful thick fabric. Already had a mattress and this fits snugly in frame. Communication with Plush was friendly and effective. Delivery was spot on, friendly and professional. Bed was easily assembled and has remained sturdy with both bed and trundle being used every night. Trundle (single size) fits under bed with duvet and pillow made up and there's oodles of storage space left for toys, bedding etc."
