Refund and Returns Policy

Every item that leaves our doors is made-to-order to your specifications. Therefore, we don’t accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If you only realise after the delivery that you are unhappy with the quality, or that we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery so that we can either resolve your issue or facilitate your return.

We may ask for you to send us photos or videos of any areas of damage or imperfection in order to offer you a suitable course of action.

Please ensure that the item is returned in the condition it was received in.

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.

Please note all beds sold by plushfurniture.co.uk are made to order. This means that the seller does not stock any of the beds and they are made to the buyers specifications at time of placing the order. The seller is not entitled to accept a return for a made to order item.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

To start a return, you can contact us at Plush@Plushfurniture.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the request.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
